Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in full stack Java development
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot or equivalent Java frameworks
- Proficiency in React or React Native for cross-platform mobile development
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL/MySQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (e.g. AWS, Vercel)
- Comfortable integrating third-party APIs (AI, chatbot, payment processing)
- Strong attention to code quality, UI responsiveness, and security best practices
- Experience working with early-stage startups or MVP builds
- Familiarity with proptech applications
- Background in UX/UI design or close collaboration with designers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core web-based landlord dashboard
- Develop and deploy mobile applications for both iOS and Android
- Build a basic AI chatbot integration (OpenAI API or similar)
- Construct backend services in Java (preferably Spring Boot)
- Implement user flows for maintenance ticketing, property management, and rent tracking
- Integrate database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and API layers
- Collaborate with the founding team to iterate quickly on product features
