About the Job
We are looking for a talented and creative designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling presentations, social media assets, and video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and experience creating engaging content- especially for LinkedIn and B2B audiences.
Education Requirements
Education involves a mix of formal degrees (like B.Des, BA in Graphic Design/Visual Comm), diplomas, and certifications focusing on design principles, software (Adobe Suite), and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality presentations (corporate decks, sales decks, pitch decks, case studies, and internal communications).
- Create visually engaging social media creatives, with a strong focus on LinkedIn posts, banners, and carousels.
- Develop and edit video content including short promotional videos, reels, motion graphics, and basic animations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design assets in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful designs.
- Convert complex concepts into simple, clear, and visually appealing designs for B2B audiences.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer.
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint / Google Slides for professional presentations.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Experience creating LinkedIn-focused creatives and understanding platform-specific design requirements.
- Basic to intermediate video editing and motion design skills.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- A strong portfolio showcasing presentations, social media designs, and video work.
Good to Have
- Experience working with B2B / IT / Technology / Consulting brands.
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity systems.
- Familiarity with marketing and demand-generation campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
