We are seeking an experienced ML/data scientist with over 5 years of expertise in the telecom industry. This role involves building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models to support telecom operations.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Experience with GIS tools (QGIS/Mapinfo/ARCGIS)
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in the Python programming language.
- Strong knowledge of the AWS cloud platform.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of telecom-specific KPIs and technologies such as 5G is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ML models to analyze telecom network data.
- Validate and optimize predictive models for accuracy and performance.
- Identify and resolve performance issues using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Design dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making (Tableau).
- Perform exploratory data analysis to extract actionable insights.
- Stay updated with emerging ML technologies and applications in telecom.
- Automate data pipelines and feature engineering processes.
