About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead– Sales Cloud to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise-grade architecture, leading large-scale Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in Sales Cloud solution design, integrations, and governance, with exposure to Salesforce Administration and the ability to guide technical teams toward successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
  • Design scalable, high-performance, and secure architectures aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Establish standards for data models, APIs, integrations, and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security compliance.

Administration & Governance

  • Oversee critical administration aspects including user management, security, profiles, permission sets, and workflows.
  • Drive governance around Sales Cloud configuration, change management, and release management.
  • Provide strategic guidance on data quality, sandbox strategy, and system maintenance.

 

 

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

  • Act as the technical authority and guide for developers, admins, and consultants.
  • Lead code reviews, solution validations, and architectural assessments.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster technical excellence across the team.

Project & Delivery Ownership

  • Lead large-scale Sales Cloud implementations covering Lead, Opportunity, Campaign, Forecasting, CPQ, and Pipeline Management.
  • Oversee enterprise-grade integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and other business systems.
  • Partner with program managers and business leads to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, recommending strategic Salesforce enhancements and process improvements.
  • Conduct executive-level solution walkthroughs and present technical roadmaps.

Continuous Innovation

  • Stay current with Salesforce Sales Cloud features, releases, and roadmap.
  • Promote adoption of new tools, automation, and advanced architectural patterns.
  • Contribute to establishing enterprise Salesforce governance and architectural review boards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–14 years of IT experience with at least 7–8 years in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Administration (roles, profiles, permission sets, approval processes).
  • Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience designing integration strategies with enterprise applications (ERP, Marketing Cloud, third-party CRMs).
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise solutioning and architectural governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
