About the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on end-to-end technical recruitment across domains like Mobility, Cloud, Salesforce, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, an eye for top talent, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to meet fast-paced business needs.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT services/product hiring).
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs is an advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions across skills like Java, Android/iOS, Cloud, Data, and Enterprise apps.
- Conduct initial HR screenings to assess cultural fit and communication skills.
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Assist in offer negotiations, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified technical talent for future needs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TA function.
